LUXURY CONDOMINIUM RESIDENCE: TORONTO

About: This 1,700 square foot condominium was built in the 1980s and still had the originally layout when the client retained KFA to completely redesign the interior. KFA’s design is based on an open living concept. Upon entering, the living, dining and kitchen area flow into one grand space only distinguished by different floor and ceiling treatments.
The corridor leading to the bedrooms was widened with new custom designed storage closets behind cherry wood panels on one side and floating book shelves on the other. The old master bedroom closets were removed and a new dressing room created with custom millwork. The kitchen was completely reconfigured as well and incorporates cherry wood millwork with integrated appliances.
